My name is
Olaf Pignataro, and I was born in 1975 in Evreux, France,
and subsequently moved to Germany and Italy. I attended
Bologna University and I graduated in humanities studies
with a thesis about street art and obeygiant propaganda.
Right now I'm living in Turin, working as freelance photographer.
My works focus on freestyle sports, such as skateboarding,
snowboarding, bmx, fmx e wakeboarding, and on youth culture
and travel reportages, but I also work at fairs and expositions.
My photos and reports have been published on italian and
international magazines. I'm working with firms like Red Bull, Nike, Carhartt and FIAT Freestyle, just to name a
few. I co-operate with Promotor International Agency for
big fairs like Motorshow and other trade shows. I co-operate
with Actionsquad in Bologna and 515
Creative Agency in Turin: with them, I'm creating video
advertising for FIAT Freestyle Team, so be sure to check
the videos as well.
Mi chiamo Olaf Pignataro e sono nato nel 1975 ad Evreux,
in Francia, per trasferimi successivamente in Germania
e in Italia. Mi sono laureato con lode in Lettere e Filosofia
a Bologna, con una tesi sulla street art e sulla propaganda
di obeygiant. Attualmente vivo a Torino, e lavoro come fotografo freelance.
Mi occupo principalmente di freestyle sport, come skateboard,
snowboard, bmx, fmx e wakeboard, oltre che cultura giovanile
e reportage di viaggio, ma lavoro anche presso fiere ed
esposizioni. Le mie foto ed i miei reportage sono stati
pubblicati su periodici italiani ed internazionalil. Lavoro
con aziende come Oakley, Red Bull, Carhartt e FIAT Freestyle,
per nominarne alcune. Collaboro con Promotor International
Agency per grosse fiere come il Motorshow e altre esposizioni.
Collaboro con le agenzie dicomunicazione Actionsquad a
Bologna e 515 a Torino: con questi ultimi, sto realizzando
delle pubblicita' video per FIAT Freestyle Team, quindi
